Trunk-or-Treat for Halloween 2020

Happy Halloween from all of us here at the Criminal Warrants Division. This year we will be having a trunk-or-treat outside of our office located at 440 3rd Avenue North on Saturday, October 31 at 6 p.m. Look for the police car with the steady blue lights. If you decide to come out, the Metro Public Health Department encourages everyone to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines while enjoying your Halloween adventures. Remember to wear a mask and utilize social distancing. If possible, form a one-way line and place goodies in individual bags to help keep everyone safe. Do your part in keeping yourself and your neighbors as safe as possible. Adults should inspect all candy before a child consumes it. Remind children to stay alert and not to go inside someone’s home or get into a car with a stranger. Report all suspicious activity to your local law enforcement agency. Have fun and be safe!
