Homicide Unit detectives are investigating Saturday’s 1:50 a.m. fatal shooting of an unidentified man in the rear parking lot of the InTown Suites at 665 Myatt Drive. Efforts are underway to identify him.
The victim was walking in the rear parking lot when a black four door sedan pulled up. The gunman, who was initially inside the car, appeared to have a brief verbal interaction with the victim prior to getting out and shooting him. The gunman fled in the vehicle (surveillance photo attached).
