Homicide Unit detectives are investigating Monday's 1 a.m. apparent targeted fatal shooting of Larry Jones, 29, on Hamilton Crossing in the parking lot outside of the Sky Bar Lounge. Jones was exiting the bar with a friend when he was approached from behind and fired upon by a male suspect.
The suspect ran back to a nearby vehicle and fled.
Jones was taken by private vehicle to TriStar Century Farms Emergency Room where he died.
