East Precinct detectives have identified Jarvis Everett, 26, as the gunman believed responsible for the April 7 shooting that critically injured a 54-year-old man in the parking lot of the Congress Inn, 2914 Dickerson Pike.
Everett allegedly shot the victim, who is expected to make a full recovery, after an argument involving a woman. An outstanding arrest warrant charging Everett with aggravated assault was issued on April 20.
