Specialized Investigations Division detectives Thursday afternoon arrested Kyron Cole, 25, on charges of attempted criminal homicide, reckless endangerment, and gun possession in the commission of a dangerous felony in connection with the November 9th critical wounding of a man in the 500 block of Norton Avenue.
The Non-Lethal Shooting Unit identified Cole as the person who shot a 24-year-old man during a dispute as the two sat in Cole’s car. TITANS Unit detectives arrested him at a market on E. Trinity Lane. Cole admitted to being involved in the shooting during an interview with detectives. He said the dispute was over a marijuana deal between himself and the victim.
A judicial commissioner set bond for Cole at $350,000.
