Ta His Noh, 33, is charged with attempted criminal homicide for Wednesday’s 9:15 p.m. shooting that critically injured the boyfriend of a female co-worker in the 1400 block of Lischey Avenue.
According to witnesses, an extremely intoxicated Noh arrived at the residence and knocked on the door, claiming that his co-workers were trying to kill him. They are all employed at an area greenhouse. The woman called her boyfriend over to her apartment. While he was attempting to talk Noh into leaving, three shots were fired and the victim was struck in the throat. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries.
Noh is also charged with gun possession during the commission of a felony. He is being held in lieu of $125,000 bond.
