Organized Retail Crime detectives this morning arrested Gregory Nabors, 61, on 15 outstanding felony warrants related to multiple thefts from Lowes at 5025 Old Hickory Boulevard.
The investigation shows that beginning in March, Nabors would routinely enter the Lowes, place merchandise in his cart, and then switch bar codes with products significantly cheaper than the original price. During an interview, Nabors admitted to the activity.
Nabors, of Mt. Juliet, is charged with 14 felony counts of criminal simulation and one count of felony theft of merchandise. He is being held on $75,000 bond.
