Continued investigation by Homicide Unit Detective Kyle Eicholtz into the September 2024 triple homicide on Bart Drive has led to the indictment of Efrain Vincente-Luna, 31, who has remained in the Metro Jail on a $75,000 bond since October 2024 on prostitution and weapon charges.
The Grand Jury indictment was returned yesterday charging Vincente-Luna with three counts of premeditated murder, three counts of felony murder and three counts of especially aggravated burglary for his involvement in the homicides.
Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez, 22, Antonio Munoz-Rizo, 48, and Jesus Manuel Munoz-Morales, 28, all believed to be out of the Atlanta area, were identified as the victims fatally wounded in the shooting.
The home at 223 Bart Drive, which was very sparsely furnished, was found to be housing a prostitution operation. The night of the murders, two of the victims and a woman arrived at the home in a white Honda sedan bearing a Georgia temp tag (one of the victims was already present). Moments after the Honda arrived, four suspects approached the residence, fatally shot one victim on the front porch, entered the home and killed the two others.
Vincente-Luna’s vehicle was captured on video surveillance arriving at the scene. Evidence related to the homicides was also recovered in Vincente-Luna’s home.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
