Persons Wanted for Questioning in the April 2021 Murder of Christopher Hill on Demonbreun Street

Homicide Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the gunman and three persons wanted for questioning in the April 17, 2021 fatal shooting of Christopher Hill, 26, outside a bar in the 1500 block of Demonbreun Street.

Hill, of Nashville, was with friends at 2:15 a.m. when an argument broke out between one of his friends and another man reportedly over a female. A third man walked up to the group and started shooting, striking Hill and a second victim who has recovered.

Both the person arguing with the men and the gunman fled the scene in a newer model black Ford Raptor pickup truck with two women. The gunman is described as a black man with short hair who appeared to be in his 20s. He is approximately 5’7” tall with a stocky build. Anyone with information about Hill’s murder or who recognizes the second man/two women from the attached surveillance photos is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
