A reward of up to $10,000 is now being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the October 27 fatal shooting of Joshua Burns, 29, outside of a Halloween party on Terragon Trail.
The homicide investigation, to this point, shows Burns was the unintended target of the 1:15 a.m. drive-by shooting. Burns suffered a gunshot wound to the head and later died at Skyline Medical Center as a result.
Anyone with information about Burns' murder is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward of up to $5,000 in homicide cases, in addition to the $5,000 reward from his family.
