Update: Brandon Martel Davis, 35, has been identified as the second shooting suspect involved in the June 14th gunfire on Southwood Park Place. Davis has remained in custody on $20,000 bond since his July 9th arrest on unrelated aggravated burglary and weapon charges. He, like Brown, is now being charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, especially aggravated and aggravated burglary, reckless endangerment, and two counts of attempted robbery.
A shooting suspect remains jailed this morning on $340,000 bond following his arrest Monday by TITANS Unit detectives on Lebanon Pike. Andrew Brown, 32, was wanted on several warrants related to his involvement in the June 14 gunfire that injured a 30-year-old man in his Southwood Park Place apartment.
The investigation indicated two men entered the victim's apartment and demanded money prior to shots being fired. The victim was struck twice resulting in serious injuries.
Brown was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, especially aggravated and aggravated burglary, reckless endangerment, and two counts of attempted robbery. During his arrest Monday, detectives located cocaine and ecstasy pills, and he was charged with two additional counts of drug possession.
The Non-Lethal Shooting investigation is continuing to identify the second suspect involved.
