Hermitage Precinct detectives have sworn out an especially aggravated robbery warrant against Lee Tony Wilkerson, 40, for the October 23 shooting of a man in the Waffle House parking lot at 707 Stewarts Ferry Pike.
The 19-year-old victim was sitting in a parked car when a dark blue Volkswagen Beetle stopped behind him. A man got out of the VW, walked inside the Waffle House, met up with Wilkerson, and walked outside with him. Wilkerson and the unidentified man confronted the victim and robbed him. He was shot by Wilkerson’s accomplice.
