Suspected serial robber Michael Davenport, 60, is charged with the May 13 hold-up at Boost Mobile, 3734 Nolensville Pike, during which he wielded a knife and took cash from the register.
Ongoing investigation by Robbery Unit detectives resulted in the identification of Davenport as the suspect. During an interview, he admitted to two other robberies in which he was armed with a knife, May 11 at Dollar General, 2724 Murfreesboro Pike, and on May 12 at Love Bound, 2761 Murfreesboro Pike.
Davenport has a prior robbery conviction for a 2020 holdup at a Cricket Wireless store.
