Two men have been indicted for the May 2024 homicide of Darrius Bergeron, 29, who was fatally shot at the intersection of Hart and Lewis Streets. Andray Stevens, 38, and Antonio Witherspoon, 33, were indicted on first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery counts.
Both men were incarcerated at the time the indictments were served.
Witherspoon and Stevens are both being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
