Ashton Hill
Recruitment OfficerMy name is Ashton Hill, and I am an 8-year veteran of the Metro Nashville Police Department. I am a native of Tennessee and joined MNPD in 2013. I made the decision to become a police officer because I felt a personal need to serve my community and act as a positive role model for the youth of Nashville. During my time as a police officer, I spent 4 years as both a patrol officer and a Flex officer in North Precinct. In 2018, I began working on midnight shift at Madison precinct and have been a Field Training Officer for the past 3 years. As a Field Training Officer, I enjoyed teaching our new Police Academy graduates the ins and outs of patrol and the importance of empathy and integrity. I am excited to continue my dedication to the early career development of our newest officers as a Recruiter and hope to make a positive impact to the future of our department and Nashville.
