Harpeth Hills Golfers and Commuters using the Old Hickory Boulevard entrance to the course
Metro Parks is upgrading the water line to the Harpeth Hills Golf Course Clubhouse to better serve park users and accommodate a new fire sprinkler system. Preparations will begin the week of December 15, and digging and pipelaying will begin on January 5, 2026. The work is expected to take 8-10 weeks, depending on weather. The new line will come from into the building from Old Hickory Road, between the main driveway and the 10th hole fairway. The 10th hole may be shortened temporarily, but gameplay will otherwise not be impacted. Brief single-lane closures on Old Hickory Road will also be required — dates and times will be announced as soon as that information is available.
Shelby Park Boardwalk
The boardwalk near the observation deck on the Shelby Bottoms Greenway is closed for repairs. The boardwalk is located about 0.50 miles near the wetland area of the park.
Whites Creek Greenway Bridge Closure
A bridge on the Whites Creek Greenway is closed for repairs
Fannie Mae Dees Park
A portion of Fannie Mae Dees Park will be closed from March 16–20 for maintenance on the dragon.
