Welcome to Nashville’s Riverfront community landing page. Lock One Marina Services (LOMS) is the awarded business to manage Nashville’s Riverfront. This includes the East Bank Transient (380’), East Bank Commercial, West Bank Transient (out of commission currently) and West Bank Commercial dockage. We welcome thousands of visitors a year whether from one of our Commercial Vendor Permits, loopers visiting Nashville, or local residents utilizing the Cumberland River to visit Downtown and all that Nashville has to offer!
Transient Dock Reservations
Transient dock reservations can be made online utilizing DOCKWA and are available year around (pending specific event and river closures), our preferred software for reservations and dock information. The east bank transient dock is a quick walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway music, restaurants and bars. Gated access with 30 and 50 amp pedestals available. Please follow our social media pages for additional information such as events, closures and availability updates.
Commercial Vendor Permits (CVP)
We are proud to have 2 of 5 CVPs awarded to local small businesses focused on engaging the Cumberland River with a Nashville twist. All CVPs meet local and federal regulations such as the USCG, all employees are background checked and drug tested per local and federal laws.
The Pontoon Saloon® is the premier party barge established in 2017 operating two 50’ vessels with capacity up to 47 passengers. Tours operating 7 days a week in season, tickets can be reserved online at pontoonsaloontn.com
River Queen Voyages is Nashville's original downtown rental and tour outfitter that offers Pedal Pontoon tours daily with capacity up to 16 passengers. Tickets can be reserved online at riverqueenvoyages.com

Commercial Docks
We proudly work with other large tour operators such as the General Jackson and American Cruise lines to utilize both the east and west bank Commercial docks for their tours operating each season. We have a capacity of 325’ LOA.
