Swim America Program
Confident Swimmers. Resilient Kids. Lifelong Skills.
NAC SwimAmerica is designed to help kids and learn-to-swim adults become confident, capable swimmers in a fun and supportive environment. Our lessons focus on building strong swimmers through experiential learning and our goal is for each child to feel comfortable and at ease in the water.
NAC SwimAmerica is goal-oriented and technique-focused
The SwimAmerica curriculum was developed by the America Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) to be the most effecting learn-to-swim program in the country. With an emphasis on proper technique from day one, SwimAmerica uses a station-based progression that lets swimmers move up at their own pace as they master new skills. This flexible approach helps kids stay motivated and grow at their own pace. As swimmers progress through the stations, they will be able to celebrate progress, all while developing a lifelong love of swimming. We’re proud to be the only lesson program in Nashville to offer this proven curriculum, where kids learn not just how to swim, but how to swim well.

Adult Lessons
The Swim America Adult Swim Class provides a positive and friendly environment for people to achieve individual goals, from learning to submerge, to refining lap swimming technique, to training for triathlons. Instructor, Betsy, is a former Division I swimmer with years of experience teaching adult swim lessons. Each session consists of four, 45 minute classes in a small group of no more than 5 swimmers.
