Metro Parks Theater Academy
Metro Parks Theater Academy is a place for students ages 3-18 to learn all about theater no matter if their interest is acting and directing, singing and dancing, or the technical aspects of putting on a production. Students will spend time discovering and developing their theater talents and will have a chance to showcase what they learn in a low-stakes performance setting.

Our Spring Show isn’t just a performance—it’s a full experience where students get to train, create, and shine in a real working theatre alongside caring, professional teaching artists. Whether you’re brand-new to the stage or already humming show tunes 24/7, this is a place where your voice, your ideas, and your unique you truly matter.

Improv Playshop
Improv Playshop (ongoing for the last two years) is a place to play and practice improv. Anyone can come at any time (it's open to the public) and you can have veteran level or zero experience. It is much like a practice mat for martial arts but instead we're practicing the world's most terrifying artform - improv.

Acting for the Screen
Aspiring and experienced performers alike will step into the spotlight with our Adult Acting for Screen class. Learn the techniques that make on-camera performances shine — from natural delivery and scene work to understanding angles, marks, and the rhythm of film and TV production. With a mix of script study, improvisation, and audition practice, adults will build confidence, polish their craft, and discover the joy of bringing characters to life on screen.
