Join the Nashville Orienteering Club for a navigation challenge in which participants learn to navigate with a paper map and have fun doing it!
Orienteering involves navigation through unfamiliar terrain using a map and compass. It's a great family or group activity, described as "running while playing chess," as it involves physical activity and strategizing! Arrive by 10 at the center for a short beginner's clinic for those that are new or need help. Arrive between 10-10:30 a.m. to register for the mass start at 11.This is a competitive event with a 3 Hour "Score-O" format. Email [email protected] with questions not answered by the website.
