Bundle up under the winter moon for a sustainable soup sojourn. Bring a vegetable, and the trimmings and we will make a hearty vegetable soup. Using the trimmings, we will learn from a sustainability expert how to make a delicious vegetable broth which you can take home. While our soup cooks, we will take a hike. Working together we will learn how we as individuals can tackle food waste.
