Members of the Barnard-Seyfert Astronomical Society will set up telescopes and all ages are invited to enjoy the views of the night sky. You don't need to be a member or own a telescope, just come out and enjoy the sights. At this star party, the bold bright stars of the winter sky will be over the Cumberland River, with even brighter Jupiter. The Pleiades star cluster sparkles while the Orion Nebula can be seen with the eye, binoculars and telescopes. The lovely young crescent Moon will be over the train trestle. Bundle up and come on out!
