We are happy to host your ice skating birthday party, corporate gathering, or group event! We have the fun, the features, and the extras to make your next get-together the best ever. We take pride in helping your groups and parties have a happy and memorable experience.
Party Reservations will be processed Monday through Friday on a first come first serve basis.
To book, please fill out the Birthday Reservation Form. Please include your name, child's name, date and time requested, phone number, and home address. Sportsplex staff will contact you and take payment, if the space is available. When you pay, then your reservation is officially confirmed. If you have questions, call 615-862-8480. Accepted forms of payment: Check, Cash, Credit Card (2.3% credit card convenience fee added)
Public Skating Party
- Skating parties are during public skating sessions. See the Public Skating schedule. For each session, we normally have three slots available. Bookings are open year-round. Pay for the minimum package when booking.
- Prices vary depending on if you live in Davidson County or not.
- Purchase extra tickets at the time of your party.
- We do not give refunds for unused tickets.
- Skate rental included.
- Each party area has two picnic tables for your use.
- Feel free to bring your own decorations (please, no glitter).
- Arrive 20 minutes early to ensure that everyone in your party gets skates. We cannot reserve skates.
- Skooters (balance aids) are $3.00 each and only for use by ages 7 and under. Availability limited.

- Cost: $200 (Residents) | $240 (Non-Residents)
- Private Room located next to the ice rink
- 10 Skate admission and 10 skate rentals included
- Additional skaters are $10.00 each
Ice Party-Area 2
- Cost: $175 (Residents) | $210 (Non-Residents)
- Picnic table area located near end of the ice rink bleachers
- 10 Skate admission and 10 skate rentals included
- Additional skaters are $10.00 each
Multi-Purpose Room 1
- Cost: $250 (Residents) | $300 (Non-Residents)
- Picnic table area located near end of the ice rink bleachers
- 10 Skate admission and 10 skate rentals included
- Additional skaters are $10.00 each
Private Instruction
- Cost: $60
- Includes 10 minutes of off-ice instruction on appropriate skate fitting, lacing, and 20 minutes of on-ice instruction on basic pushing and gliding exercises
- Arrange an instructor. Contact Nashville Skating Academy, at least 10 days before your party. The cost is $60.00 made payable to the instructor. You might need an additional instructor if you have over 20 skaters in your group.
Food
We currently do not have a concession vendor. We are in the process of looking for a new one. During this time, feel free to bring your own food and drink. We do have vending machines with soft drinks, water, candy and snacks available. We will update this page as soon as more information is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
School Groups
Are you looking for a unique, exciting, and educational field trip that includes both fun and fitness? We offer special school group discounts for groups of 20 or more throughout the school year at both the Ice Rink and the Aquatics Center. For more information, call 615-862-8480 or email Dru Peck.
Home-School Discounts
During the school year, Home School students pay only $7.00 during weekday morning sessions. Simply ask for the home school rate at the ticket window. Skate rental is included in this price. This rate is only valid when MNPS is in session and not valid on school holidays. There is no minimum number for this discount; however, groups of 20 or more still need to make a reservation. Corporate Gatherings
The Centennial Sportsplex is the perfect place to bring your group for a team and morale-building party. We have special group rates during public skating sessions and open swimming sessions.
